Robert Reed; I have a question what is a PHANTASTRON circuit? Go to the following website http://www.elmelectronics.com and you will find a substrtute for the National Semiconductor MM5369 CHIP it's the ELM440 CHIP which drectely replaces the MM5369. ELM also has a replacement for the 50Hz chip MM53...
