Does anyone out there have the code necessary to program a Pic 16f84 to operate a servo motor. I believe the motor requires a series of 1ms pulses to run cw, and 2 ms pulses for ccw, and 1.5 pulses to return to center. Not being an expert on those motor drivers, I would be inclined to include the diodes. If there is already a diode in the MosFet, they would be in parallel, so it probably wouldn't cause a problem, whereas, without any diode, the motor may be in serious trouble.
