Did you ever end up replacing that cap? I discovered a 3300uf 10v cap that was slightly buldging on my PSU. It's a RLS; which are crap. I replaced it with one I ripped off a old dell 2600 Server PSU and it didn't change anything. Same problem. I may have damaged it removing it though.. I'm going to ...
