I have one set left of alarm contacts for doors and windows.. its the round drill in model.. drill a hole and shove one side in, mount the wired side to the inside framework aligned and wire it up.. can't seem to find them anywhere anymore.. ? any ideas? thanks..

A lot of companies still sell them.

I have a lot of the bi metal 2 piece contacts but I think "Door King" sells alarm systems as well as gate openers.

Also always try "all electronics".

One source would be closet door switches but I think those are mainly plunger types. Might even find one of those in the hardware store.

Another source is interlock switches for industrial equipment.

here are a few magnetic ones. Looks pricy.

You may find other alternatives in the switch section of Digikey or Mouser. I think I saw some optical based sensors in that configuration somewhere too.

A bit on the expensive side here but you get the point.

THANKS.. again great response.. ordered the ones from Home Security Store for now.. probably try some from the other ones too..

got my alarm contact/magnets today.. they're perfect, a little small, I didn't read the measurments but looked at the picture, but they will work fine, probably better small anyway..
