Not sure who that is, Did you try to PM him?

I've talked to him via PM. I was hoping he'd go further than just updating this forum, by giving us the ability to upload pictures from our computers. Like Facebook.

Hey Vern! I just looked and they still have you listed as an Admin under Quick Links -> The Team. I guess they need to update things in a more timely fashion, eh?

Maybe Sean doesn't get paid enough to hunt down and install new software? or maybe he doesn't have enough resources to pay for new stuff.
Either way, maybe we can keep showing others how to upload and show pictures. I don't know, since it was kinda hard for me to do it myself.
I'm about to complete a year long project that I plan on uploading pictures. I'll have to do it in parts and I'll have to include some kind of educational description in order to use the Wikimedia for images, I think.
I'm having fun anyway!

I am thinking of putting together a tutorial or FAQ on how to use this message board, but I am (was?) waiting for some sort of reply from "The Team" listed up in the Quick Links section. I better not wait much longer or my face will turn a deeper shade of blue than Violet Beauregarde.

the ability to post photos to here doesn't work.. how long til this is fixed ?
kinda sux that they update the site, then go on vacation or something. used to be able to upload photos, and now you can't..

It is not broke! Use image tags to link to image on another server (like my test above).

I believe N&V / Servo lease forum server space. Image storage costs money even if hard drive is huge.

Additional admin to watch for copyrighted images, dirty pictures (p word blocked), etc, etc, costs money.

P.S. I do not remember if we could ever upload images here (though I feel we couldn't).

The first images I upload directly from my computer posted ok, but later was deleted. The next time I tried, this forum said I reached it's quota.
I'm assuming your image host is at: www yarker-dsyc.info?
I managed, with effort, to use wikimedia for the image host for my hot glue experiments posts. Although I'd like to upload much much more, it's a bit cumbersome.
Most important is that most people don't have a clue how to find, use a host, much less than getting it to show up here. That's no doubt why this forum will continue to suffer.
I wish I had an easy answer.
