Haha!
Is this guy for real!?
He is either the most inept person ever.
Or these videos are well staged.
Though shocking one self for limited gratification, would make me wonder about the guys sanity.
I've only experienced one bad shock, and that was working on an old Coronado B&W television.
I was checking the high voltage on the CRT with a HV Probe.
I was in a short sleeve shirt, and was using the "left hand in the back pocket rule".
But I was so intent at getting the probe end under the High Voltage cap on the CRT, that I brushed my arm against the metal grounded chassis.
TZAP!
That old tube set only pop it's breaker.
I suffered a little bite mark on my forearm.
Now if I need to check High Voltage on a old CRT Television.
I wear long sleeve shirts, and Very Carefully poke the probe in.

Well, I guess thats all you can expect from a guy that has only one eyebrow - and ear to ear at that!.
Re: Electrostatic safety video ( youtube )
I made viewing these videos mandatory for our techs. Can't ever get too much safety training.
Best to all,
