What happen to programing for bme280?

You mean the temperature/humidity/air pressure sensor?
Had to look up the part number. Maybe most others haven't heard of it either.
If not that sensor, then really, really, don't know what it is.

(added - if is sensor then standard I2C or SPI interface. the only programming is dependent on which microcontroller is doing the serial communication.)

Did you mean the DHT11 Sensor ? it's temperature and humidity sensor..

The BME280 sensor module reads barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity. Because pressure changes with altitude, you can also estimate altitude. There are several versions of this sensor module. The BME280 sensor uses I2C or SPI communication protocol to exchange data with a microcontroller.
