AM transmitter equipment 10 watts output.

Post by dacflyer »

i have some AM transmitter equipment that DOT no longer uses, its what they used to use in construction zones to notify motorist and or tourist info.
the setup i have is all digital and dual AM transmitters ( 2 separate modules ) a dual audio processor, VSWR meter, and the digital recorded message unit. ( record your own messages. )
this is the model numbers of the units, if you like to research them.

the units are all made by Digital Recorders, Durham, NC 910-361-2155

the digital recorder/player is - model DR1008
the AM transmitters are - model 34-366 - rated at 10 watts each
TX-1 unit = 1610 Khz.
TX-2 unit = 1690 Khz.
dual audio processor unit is - model 34-367
and the VSWR unit is - model 34-348

if interested let me know.. if no response in a day or 2, i'll list them on e-bay..
the units are really simple ( modular ) and easily connected and functional with just a few connections.

long time ago here i also posted a high quality robotic arm with controller, 2 motors were missing from it.. was gonna junk it for parts, never did,, tried to get rid of it here,, no takers.. then for giggles and grins i posted it on ebay for 1 cent... it sold for big time $$ also.. just goes to show, you never know what your junk is worth.. as for me, both items netted me over 525.00 this month :O
i think i better do some more cleaning out of my shop and go dumpster diving more.. :D
