New nodes work. 1 + 1 = 2 still

I have the new serial nodes working. Cuts the size to less than 1 inch square. Cuts the cost to 1/3.
Analog and serial cables and headers are the same.
In software I can now make 8 bit, 16 bit or any power of 2 system using the same hardware. <p>What is lost is speed, which is not needed anyhow.
Now there is 500 microseconds between words instead of the 20 microseconds before.
I think this is a good tradeoff.
