More of the same

Tag me onto this post as having several Moto 'Bag' phones as well as others that are headed for the deep six if nobody speaks up soon!
Pay the postage it's yours.

Anybody thought about hacking these obsolete phones to do something else? Maybe flashing fishing lures?

Do you have the phone? Is it CDMA?

Jollyrgr,

I think, because of their age, the phones I have are all AMPS / TDMA and not CDMA. If anyone is interested I'll dig them out and post the model numbers.

I have the motorola that I bought these batteries and chargers for, but the top half is out of commission.. it charges, comes on, rings in, but since the top doesn't work, you can't see who or hear them.. the chips are still good tho..

maybe the parts, but the phone is basic toast.. I've donated a lot of cellphones in the past at the police dept's in different towns.. they get them refurbed and give them out to people in need of a quick easy way to get to 911...

I do have the phone, it would need repair of course, but if you needed parts from one, you could rob these out since it was pretty new when it tried to eat a piece of concrete.. let me know and I'll send it to you..
