This device emulates a ROM up up to 32kx8 bits. Use for programming ROM-based systems but you don't have to wait for an EPROM to burn, programs in seconds.
I don't have the documentation anymore, but it can probably be obtained from Parallax. All hardware was working when last used (a few years ago).
Asking $20 or good trade.
