problems in Carver DPL-33 and using LA2770

I am trying to repair a Carver DPL-33 sound processor. It had bad output ics: stk4026-#2, [2]
TDA2030A.The matrix works but the surround and dolby don't[weak and distorted and bad channel routing]. Is this a LA2770 dolby /surround Ic problem? I can't get the pinout or data sheet on this discontinued Ic anywhere. Does someone have this data and could they send it to me please?
