LCD Displays for stamp

Does anyone know of a large (as close as possible to 5"x7") LCD screen that can be driven by a microcontroller shuch as a basic stamp or an atom. I have a TOSHIBA TLX-1741-C31 but, I dont know what to look for such as what controller the LCD needs to be able to talk to the stamp. Any help would be appreciated.
