I need some help finding information about designing a speech recognition circuit. Does anyone know where I can find some help?

The software speech recognition programs will not help you design hardware. How many words do you need to recognise?
You know of course that speech begins as sound amplitude from a microphone. The phonemes of speech are available. Go to Yahoo and seek phonemes.
I don't know the general solution to this problem either, but it is solvable.
