Searching for an older schematic

Post by CeaSaR »

Hey everyone! I am in search of a schematic of a 555 based function generator kit that has outputs of square, triangle and sine waves. Additionally, it had adjustable timing. I think it was from a German based company, and was fairly inexpensive.

Closest I've found so far is this: http://www.icstation.com/mobile/ne555-m ... 10879.html

This is pretty close, and has 2 more outputs. I can definitely deal with the extras, but I need to be able to slow it down to between 1-200 Hz.

It's for my eldest, he wants to use it to modulate his guitar inputs for new, weird sounds.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks. I have only ever picked up one F. Mimms book and that is on ICs, circa 1977. Wonder if it's still relevant? Lol :) ;)
