Satellite radio question

I HAD a Sirius Satellite radio that went belly up.. it was a Sirius sportster R2R it had a rewind feature and a built in FM transmitter..
i am trying to find a newer version that has a built in FM transmitter,,, most i find now have the modulators that you have to connect inline with your antenna..
have looked thru EBay, but the variety so daunting.
anyone know of any right off hand that have built in FM transmitters ? and have the rewind feature.?

What's the chances of fixing what you have? Or, is it totaled?

totaled, i have repaired it a few times,,, there no more repair to it...plus the display is worn out as well..

the sportster is a old model unit as well..
