adobe acrobat reader icon options

since adobe updated all my PDF icons are just showing the adobe symbol..
in the old version my PDF files used to show the manual or what ever it was i had in PDF form.
is there a way or options that i can change to how it was before it updated ?

Also, it seems that we are the only two that are posting back and forth to each other on here, we should just add each other on yahoo messenger or something and you can skip all of the waiting on here, lol.

i searched the links, but they all refer to the 64 bit systems, i am running 32 bit..
i tried the tips but they don;t work for me..
seems were almost the last gasp of gas here..lol
my yahoo SN is the same name as here...

tried that, it does not work either...just changes all other icons..mostly jpegs etc.
