Click on Tools > Options
In the Options window under the General Tab.
Look at DownLoads
In the Save Files To window it will show the location.
If you want to know more, or change the Default DownLoad location.
Make sure the little Dot next to the Save Files To window is checked.
Then Click on the Browse Button.
It will then open a new window giving you the exact current location.
As well as options to change the location, or even make a folder for the DownLoad location.

ok heres a new one..regarding the Favorites.

i keep a lot of my favorites on a thumb drive and usually exe from that.
but i wanted to copy a handful of them to the FF bookmarks, i am not able to mass copy them to FF, i only can drop them in one at a time.
where in FF is the bookmarks folder or how can i mass drop them?
one by one is a real drag...

Hi.

Click Bookmarks --> Organize bookmarks --> Import and backup (at the very top of the window) --> Restore or import.

That is all I see to help... Click on the picture to magnify.

Then:

If you are running Windows instead of Linux, there may be a different way.

Hey there dacflyer,

What version of FireFox are you using?
To find out.
Click on Help
At the top of the browser.
Scroll down to About FireFox.
A box will open showing the Current Version.
I'm using the the latest 7.01.

If your using the latest one.
The Import and Export of Bookmarks has been changed.

Click on Bookmarks.
Scroll down to Show All Bookmarks.
The Library box will open and show you.
The Organize, Views, and Import and Backup tabs.
You should be able to work out the rest from here yourself.
