I HATE POP UPS.. so, I want to delete it from the "run" files.. thanks..

Re: programs running?
I'm not really sure what your intent is. You can shut down the program by using the Task Manager. You can prevent it from
"autoloading" at bootup by changing its *.exe filename to *.ex_
Win7 has a Startup folder if you go to Start>All Programs and scroll through the list. Whether your target program will show up
there I couldn't even guess.
Finding the actual commands in all the "User" and "Application Data" stuff is more bother than I'd care to submit to.

Are you thinking of msconfig?
Start-->Run-->type "msconfig"(no quotes)Enter, Choose the startup tab.

Thanks, Jerry! It'd been so long since I used msconfig I forgot all about it.
I'm not sure if that's good or bad...
