Borland C++

Post by Rodney »

I have an old version of Borland's C++ (10 3.5 inch disks) but they will not load on Window XP. Do you know of any way to re install these disks or should I just junk them and look for a new C program? I have dropped out of the programming habit a few years back but am now interested in getting back into it.

Microsoft has a Visual Studio Express 2008 and 2010 package. That includes
Basic, C# and C++ if you are interested.
Good Luck!

Want to try something other than C? Look at:
http://www.powerbasic.com

Very fast compiler, COM and OOP.
Active support forum. (I've heard much better than MS support.)

I don't work for them, just a satisfied customer.

Cheers,
