I just wanted to say that I enjoyed the article, and am glad to hear you made it through ok. I had always wanted to know more about how the da Vinci system worked, and your article did an excellent job detailing it (though I wish it hadn't been your surgery, but that's life, isn't it?). I found it interesting learning and seeing how the EndoWrist components worked. I'm really glad these systems exist, even if they do seem somewhat "monstrous" (by playing on a primal fear of bodily intrusion; though that could be said of all surgery, I suppose). Thanks again for the great article!
