The Cobra Chassis from Fingertech: July and September 2012

Post by EvanWoolley » Sun Jul 15, 2012 1:19 pm

For our latest project we've been working with the Cobra chassis from Fingertech robotics. The Cobra chassis features four mighty Spark gearmotors on a stainless steel and Garolite base, high friction rubber wheels, and four standoffs to mount your electronics. We performed a brain transplant with the PCB from our Mark III in July, and for the upcoming September issue we're testing out the Cobra's ability to act as a platform for electronics experimentation using an SRF-05 Ultrasonic sensor from Devantech. If you have any questions or comments about the Cobra, the super competitive world of Mini Sumo, or anything else at all, post it here!
