looking for a circuit or information of a circuit that will allow me to run verious stepper motor driver chips.example.siemens tca3727.st micro l298 etc.thanks

wow, that is amazingly expensive for a 3/4A controller. I have built controllers based on the L293+PIC that are very close to the specs of that for around $6 (though no current limiting)

You can buy much more powerfull controllers with current limiting for around $50.

also, there are lots of opensource controllers out there - http://www.pminmo.com/ pretty much everything you need to build them is there. I'd look at the a3977 based controllers for nice 2.5A bipolar microstepping controller. If you want to use the L298, you might be able to adapt the PICstep controller.

However, your question isn't clear to me whether you want to drive existing stepper controllers or create a new one yourself. (L298, for example, is just a dual H Bridge no stepping logic built in).
