I'll be buying 4 of them pretty soon. I'll probably have to use the pwm output.
Yeah, these sensors look really good. The only downfall is that they can't tell you exactly how far away something is until 6 inches. But, my application doesn't need that so I'm ok.

Sonar Distance Sensor
Last Spring I saw an ad in either Servo or Nuts and Volts for a sonar distance sensor. It could measure up 15 feet (approximately) and costs around $25 or $30. It wasn't the Ping, SRF04 or SRF08. What do you think of this camera? It says it has a serial interface and is 460800 baud. I could stream that over the WiPort pretty easily couldn't I?

Has anyone ever used the XPort or WiPort from Lantronix? There was mention of the WiPort in the last issue of Servo.
