Re: PWM
so by putting a pot inline with pin 2 the pulse on can be set to trigger at a lower or higher voltage, in effect varying the pulse width.
Is this kind of what you meant?

Is the a way to set up a 555 timer to output a signal where i can change the pulse width.
If not is there some similar chip that can vary freq and pulse width for a +5v or gnd output?

Re: Age?
Oh wow serious stuff, but on a lighter note i'd be more worried about the women drivers who are talking on the phone, putting on make up and such. Everything but watching were there going.

At first glance from the pictures it looks like a glorified Wimhurst machine. Oh well looks like a load of BS to me.
[ February 10, 2003: Message edited by: unknown_entity ]

Hmm, reminds me of the time when somebody at work shut the bay doors an one of the vans. The only thing that stopped it was the overloads on the motor.

Re: Autoturret
Well I wouldn't consider this cheating when the other team makes homemade paint grenades the size of coffee cans. And has a manual turret that has 3 autocockers and a damn near bottomless ammo hopper on top of it. The way i have it set up now it has a live video camera I found from a surplus dealer....

Re: model servo controller
If you are using it for an RC car or something similar the make radios that have a direct output(Just a link cable between the radio and the transmitter) so you can control all the servos on the car (hard wired) without using any RF.

Autoturret
I plan on taking on a project to make an automatic gun turret of sorts for paintball. I already have the mechanical part down because i have this setup now with a live video camera and manual controls. (it's awesome but there still has to be a video monitor and rca cable ran) I have decent idea of h...
